Japan is the place of live oldest people in the world,the Okinawa citizen ones of  island in south Japan is a group of longlife people in the world. Imagen in they ages almost 80 years, 90 years even hundreds years old or more still have good quality life with slim body, energic, strong bone, and also still have good mind.

Commonly Okinawa woman’s still have slim body in all her life although they are never know about diet programs. they are keep active life until old even 100 years old or more. they are looks protected from aging efect. What they are secret?
